Our return process is quite simple so no worries! Please read the information below for instructions and a few guidelines as to what items may be returned.
********Please be aware that the items returned must have their original tags, contain no stains, must be odor-less, and be in their original conditions. We will only accept returns if the item(s) is eligible to be resold. Clearance sale items are final sale. Items that are not in our clearance sale section and were purchased with a discount code are eligible to be returned.
All returned items are inspected thoroughly. We kindly ask to please do not wash the item or wear item and return it, it will not be accepted or processed. Thank you ! (:
Questions Regarding the Return Process
What do I need to include in my return package?
Please include the invoice in your package or a small note stating;
- Name Used to Place order
- Order Number
- Items Returned
- Reason for Return
- Special Notes (if any)
This is my first time returning products, what does your company recommend?
Customers may return the items in the same package they received or any small package from the post office. Once the package is taped and packaged, we recommend shipping with USPS First Class Mail. This method is the most affordable and comes with a tracking number to prove the return shipment. You are welcomed to use other shipping services but they will vary in prices depending on the company and shipping method.

Do I have to pay the shipping fees to return the items or will you send me a return label?
Unfortunately we do not provide return labels, all shipping fees must be paid by the customer.
How long do I have to return my item(s)?
Please return the items within 3 weeks of the delivery date stated on the tracking information.
Do you hold items for returns?
No unfortunately due to excessive hold requests, we cannot hold a specific size for a return. We can’t guarantee that by the time your return reaches us, the size you desire will be available. If you however have return tracking number, we can definitely hold the items you would like to exchange your items for, if available.
What will I receive for my return?
You will be receiving a store credit gift card that will be sent via email. We will add up the total spent on the items returned and include that amount in a store credit gift card. You will use this gift card to purchase your desired size exchange or any other exchange of your choice. We do not provide refunds for returns.

Do I save my tracking number to prove that I returned my items?
Yes please do! Unfortunately packages do get lost sometimes but with your return tracking information we will know that you did in fact return a package.
I’m missing an item/my item arrived damaged or with a defect!
Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with images attached.
If you simply want to exchange the size and/or color of the style you purchased, please return the items to the address above and email us tracking number right away. We will save the size and/or color for you if available only if you have tracking information assuring us that the return is on its way.
Once the item(s) arrive, we will email a small shipping invoice and once paid we will ship your exchange right away.
You have 30 days to exchange your item. Items being returned must be in their original conditions.
Please email us if you have any further questions or concerns regarding anything. If you have not heard back from us regarding your return within a week of the shipping date, please email us so we can speed the process up for you.
